Jake Kinnear

Jake serves as Director of Self Storage at D’Agostino Companies, where he manages acquisitions, site selection, development, and asset management for the firm’s self storage platform. He brings deep experience from his time at JLL Capital Markets in Houston, where he specialized in self storage investment advisory and debt and equity placement, contributing to more than $4.5 billion in transactions.  Jake graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with degrees in Finance and Business Honors.
