Bryan Tran

Bryan Tran joined D’Agostino Companies in January of 2023, and is responsible for all aspects of the development cycle. His responsibilities include site selection, pre-development due diligence, and asset management. Prior to joining D’Agostino Companies, Bryan was Vice President at BHW Capital, a boutique multifamily development company since 2016. While at BHW Capital, Bryan was involved in the development and asset management of 1000+ Class A Garden Style Multifamily units totaling $200+ million in value. Bryan was also involved in the acquisition and disposition of approximately $200+ million for select third party clients during his time at BHW Capital. Bryan graduated from of The University of Texas at Austin with an Economics degree, McCombs School of Business Certificate in Real Estate Finance, and a Certificate in Business Foundations Program. He is currently involved in Urban Land Institute (ULI), Texas Exes and a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson.
