D’Agostino Companies acquired this property in February 2012 out of bankruptcy from developer Infinity Texas. The project consists of 40,000 square feet of four single-story steel and architectural block buildings and is located on 2.468 acres inside the Spring Hill Business Park at the southwest corner of Interstate 45 and Rayford/Sawdust Roads. The project provides excellent access to Interstate 45, Hardy Toll Road, the Woodlands Town Center, and Springwoods Village. During the acquisition and due diligence phase, D’Agostino Companies leased the remaining vacant space and obtained permanent non-recourse debt financing.
