D’Agostino Companies acquired this property in September 2011 out of foreclosure from Citizens Bank. This small shop retail center is located ½ miles west of Interstate 45 on FM 1097 in Willis, Texas, and is immediately adjacent to the Willis Town Center Kroger-anchored shopping center and Walgreens, developed by Newquest Properties. The center consists of 16,092-square-feet, and rental rates were half of the cost of the small shop retail space in the Willis Town Center Shopping Center. At the time of acquisition, the property was 20% leased with the strategy of leasing up the property to stabilization then selling the property. D’Agostino Companies sold the asset in November 2013.
