D’Agostino Cos. has tapped CBRE to handle another office leasing assignment, this time for a proposed development in the West Belt area of northwest Houston.
The company is planning to build The Offices at Sam Houston, a four-story, 113,000-square-foot tilt-wall building at Sam Houston Park Drive and Houston Oaks Drive. The property is along Beltway 8 between Texas 249 and U.S. 290.
It will not break ground until the property is 25 percent preleased, according to CBRE.
D’Agostino Cos. recently broke ground on a similar 120,000-square-foot building at Greenhouse at Park Row in the Energy Corridor. The same project team of Metzer Construction Co. and Browne McGregor Architects will also handle the latest project.
“D’Agostino Companies is excited about this project due to the demand for office space in this area, the property’s strategic location and the fact that very few developable land sites are available in this market,” Bryan D’Agostino said in an announcement.
Kristen Rabel, Steve Rocher and Parker Duffie with CBRE will represent the owner in the leasing.
