D’Agostino Cos. developing Sadler III Medical Office

Bryan D’Agostino, CCIM, partner and chief operating officer of D’Agostino Companies announced recent development start of new Mercan City Place Sadler Clinic III medical office building in Conroe at 4019 I-45 N.

The single-story, 20,000-square-foot Class A medical office building will be constructed on 1.7 acres.  Sadler Clinic will occupy half of this building for an emergency room facility and the remaining half for clinical space.  Mercan City Place Sadler Clinic III will be part of the multiphase mixed-use development, City Place, located at the northwest quadrant of the intersection at I-45 and League Line Road.  Occupancy is scheduled for January 2012.

Mercan City Place Sadler Clinic III is designed by Browne McGregor Architects and will be engineered by Bleyl and Associates and constructed by Metzger Construction.
