D’Agostino Companies selected CBRE’s Steve Rocher and Kristen Rabel to lease Vision Park Plaza, a proposed 75k SF new office development at 128 Vision Park Blvd in The Woodlands. The three-story Class-A was designed by Browne McGregor Architectsand will be built by Metzger Construction. Core and shell construction will take 15 months.
Bryan D’Agostino, a partner with D’Agosting Companies, said Shenandoah is a good fit for his company’s planned three-story office building that will span 75,000. He said the company is in the process of marketing the building, located at 128 Vision Park Blvd., to potential tenants.
“I think Vision Park is a phenomenal development,” he said. “The city of Shenandoah is a great place to develop because they really control the development from a zoning perspective, which protects the assets.”
D’Agostino said his company has constructed similar buildings like the one proposed for Shenandoah in The Woodlands and added the company has been very successful with the concept.
“We are going to provide real nice office space for the budget-conscious small business or independent business,” he said. “More people are watching their bottom line today.”
“at $19 a square foot, finding tenants won’t be a problem, D’Agostino said.
“We figure if we can beat(the competition) by 10 bucks or so, we can attract a lot of good tenants in that building’ he said.
Construction of the building is expected to take about 12-18 months.
Conroe-based D’Agostino Companies was founded in 1961 in Florida and relocated to Montgomery County in 2000. The company specialized in acquiring and developing property and has properties in Texas and Louisiana.
