D’Agostino Companies announce 100% occupancy and long-term refinancing of Technology Professional Plaza
THE WOODLANDS, Texas — Bryan D’Agostino, partner and chief operating officer of D’Agostino Companies, a full service real estate development firm, has announced the recent completed leasing to 100 percent occupancy of Technology Professional Plaza located at 4055 Technology Forest Blvd. in The Woodlands, TX. In addition, they have completed refinancing of the building on to a long term non-recourse loan, further underscoring the success of the project.
Completed in mid 2012, Technology Professional Plaza is a two-story office building which consists of 50,000 square feet and is strategically located in the fast-growing and easily accessible area of Research Forest between Gosling Rd. and Hewitt Rd. in The Woodlands, one mile west from Interstate 45, which made the property ideal for commercial office tenants.

D’Agostino Companies, the developer, broke ground on the building in February 2011 and it is expected to be completed and ready for general and medical office tenant occupancy in December of 2011, according to Bryan D’Agostino Companies.
Technology Professional Plaza is a Class A, two-story, 50,000-square-foot tilt wall and glass office building situated on 3.83 acres with parking ratios exceeding requirements and adjacent properties in the area, said D’Agostino.
Conveniently located less than one mile from Intestate 45, Technology Professional Plaza is close to Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital and St. Luke’s The Woodlands Hospital, as well as The Woodlands Town Center.
50,000-SF OFFICE BUILDING PLANNED IN THE WOODLANDS
(The Woodlands)- Technology Land Investments LP plans to break ground this year on a 50,000-sf, multitenant office building in The Woodlands.
The partnership recently acquired 3.8 acres on Technology Forest Dr. from The Woodlands Development Co. for the speculative project. The proposed office building will be completed by early 2011 at the least.
